There are a number of reasons why you might want to find your IP address. Perhaps you're troubleshooting a networking issue, or you need to know what address to whitelist in your firewall. Whatever the reason, there are a few different ways to find your IP address.
One option is to use Seven Boats "find my IP" tool. These tools are readily available online, and they provide your IP address in just a few seconds. Simply enter your domain name or IP address into the tool, and it will return your current IP address. Seven Boats Find my IP tool is free to use.
Another option is to use the command line interface (CLI) on your computer. If you're using Windows, open the Command Prompt and type "ipconfig." This will display a list of all your network adapters, along with their associated IP addresses. On macOS or Linux, open the Terminal and type "ifconfig." Again, this will display a list of all your network adapters and their IP addresses. Once you've found the adapter that's connected to the internet, note down its IP address.
Finally, you can check your router's web interface. Most routers have a web interface that can be accessed by entering its IP address into a web browser.
